During his professional career, L. A. José Carlos has worked as a consultant accounting, fiscal, and administrative enterprises. He has been a partner and founder of his own company, Villegas de la Rosa, SC for over 22 years. His professional experience has varied in the areas of audit, strategic planning, accounting, management, expatriate, international tax, investment, promotion and business development.

He has been a partner of UHY Glassman Esquivel y Cía. S. C. at its Headquarters South since may 2017..

During his career, the C. P. C. Juan Carlos has worked as an auditor in signatures prestigious and has been a partner and founder of his own firm, Villegas De la Rosa, S. C. for more than 22 years. His professional experience has been developed in the areas of audit, strategic planning, accounting, costs, international taxes, and business development.

C. P. NOHEMI ROCHA RONQUILLO

Accounting manager, Accountant Account with professional development in Firms of Accounting that involves a constant updating and training in the areas of Accounting, Tax, Auditing, Employment, Social Security, INFONAVIT, Local Laws, as well as Analysis of Financial statements, Restatement of Financial statements B 10, deferred Taxes, and Seminars in Management development and Motivational through the College of Accountants and other institutions.

Manager, external audit, a certified Public Accountant with executive experience in the areas of interior, Control, Planning, Payroll, and Audit, focusing on team work and in the fulfillment of the objectives, broad sense of responsibility.

8 years of professional experience in the planning and supervision of the financial audits and tax in various sectors of national and transnational companies; as well as specialist audits in the field of social security (IMSS ) , INFONAVIT and local contributions of different entities.
